Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Times & Rates

We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Delays

We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, email support@triorgo.com and we'll help track it down.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you catch a mistake, contact us immediately at support@triorgo.com and we'll correct it if the order hasn't shipped.
