Shipping policy

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to more destinations — check back soon.

Delivery times

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If you haven't received tracking within a few days of ordering, or if your tracking hasn't updated, email us at support@triorgo.com and we'll look into it.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us at support@triorgo.com and we'll help track it down or make it right.
